Delete an S&T Exchanger account

Delete in the app

  1. Open Account in S&T Exchanger.
  2. If a Google Play or App Store subscription is active, open Manage and cancel it in the applicable store first. Deleting the app account does not cancel store billing.
  3. Select Delete account and complete the provider confirmation.

Request deletion without the app

Email support from the address used for the account. Include only the words “S&T Exchanger account deletion request.” Support will use the minimum information needed to verify account ownership.

What is deleted

The Firebase Authentication account and the app backend records linked to its user ID, including subscription entitlement and purchase-token mapping, are deleted.

What is not deleted automatically

Projects, custom fluids, unit settings, report-customer data, and exported reports stored locally on a device remain there. Remove them by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app. Google Play and Apple control their respective purchase and payment records.
